to the Parkland Estates Airpark website.
Parkland Estates Airpark is
ideally located
along the eastern Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, ten miles east of Boulder,
Colorado.
Our community, of 91 lots, was established in 1978 by a group of airplane
enthusiasts with a vision to provide multi-acre, fly-in home sites
having taxi easements radiating from our paved and lighted 4,200 foot runway.
With breathtaking views of the continental divide and the Boulder
Flatirons, we enjoy 300+ days a year of supreme flying
weather.
We are a rural community situated in
Southwest Weld County, just 30 minutes from the Denver metropolitan area and the Denver
International Airport.
Parkland Estates Airpark is a private
airpark, open to residents and invited guests. A Hold Harmless
Agreement must be completed for visiting aircraft using
Parkland Estates' runway and facilities.
